| @sk8r129103 Yes, if someone deliberately chose to race during traffic, with passengers each time, and variables such as scared passengers and the driver being older, I would wish justice upon them. Even then, death would A. Not be justice, it would give an easy way out; B. Nullify the validity of the original reason to be mad. To take a life that took a life is only turning yourself into the original perpetrator. Everyone makes mistakes. You have to live with those mistakes, and that's worse |

| than death. The whole point of this is that the world doesn't revolve around a single case of mis-judgement. And wishing the worst on the person who made the mistake in no way rewinds time, nor does it give a single person authority to pretend that a statement that someone deserves to die, can be justified. | The point is also, we have all made stupid mistakes. The fact that we are here debating things, is intimation that our mistake didn't cause anyone to pay the ultimate price. This still in no way, gives us authority to act like this guy's action should've caused this reaction. He could've slowed down, maybe panic struck. Panic can happen to anyone, if you can't keep a calm state of mind when adrenaline is being pumped through your blood stream at the highest volume, you lose logical thought. |

| This may have been his first time racing at all, who knows? Maybe those passengers were "bad influences" and edged him to race the other driver? How many times does that happen? Peer pressure. Can affect more easily than thought. Point is WE don't KNOW the full circumstances. So we can't state that this young boy deserved to die. None of them did. Stupid mistake, and it is a tragedy all around. End it at that. That is my whole point, and I argue nothing more. Tragic all around. |

| Peer pressure, heh. If you are old enough to get a license, you are suppose to be old enough to assume responsibility for the vehicle you're driving. It doesn't matter if his friends tried to encourage him to drive fast, he should not have listened to them. Unless his gas pedal was stuck, there is NO excuse for the speed. I think he was just showing off like a lot of teenagers do behinf the wheel. This is just another example of a car that didn't make it back to the driveway.. |

| A Thought? Maybe it was an act of enticement on the videographers part. As I see it, they were racing and what ever speed it was and someone had the need to pass or be ahead of the game... That is what is called Racing.... and both should have been conspirators..... Guilty! |

| @localdog If you actually read my comments and comprehended the information in them, you'd realise I only race either on the track, or events we hold away from the public. So, if a child walks across the street at 4 a.m. when the roads around are blocked, and there are a lot of people making sure no pedestrians and/or traffic is anywhere in sight, way out in the country... I said straight forward that I put myself in danger. So does everyone involved in the race. But we don't endanger others. |

| This kid in the video isn't at a track racing, nor an organized event. He did make the mistake of "showing off" or whatever. But, he didn't risk his passengers' lives, if they consented and even "edged" him on to race. Not all racing on the street is done in broad daylight, during traffic, like Hollywood movies show buddy. Learn a little more about the real underground, before pretending to be a safety advocate of a structure you don't even know. |
