I got a message from someone I didnt know and it had a link to go to. The person said to go to the link to get more views but I didn't. The message was also signed "derek" I just opened the message but is it possible I got hacked just by opening the personal message???

yea i was haked like after 2 or 3 days when i just started yt ( now i have this account) i look up my account on google and found it this girl took it and changed EVERYTHING and claim that that was hers when it was not i was the only one with the name and if it was hers when she register it would say user name taken so now i made this account plus A BACK-UP ONE in case (this is my back-up account)
